When do we use this?
We use this functionality to hide any violations that have been entered with a total cost of $0.00 from the end user. Admins will still see them and they will still appear on reports as expected. They will not be visible on the user account when viewed through the User Portal.
- Hover over 'System Config' and click 'System Settings'
- Click 'Violations' to open the Violations settings
- Enable the 'Hide Zero Dollar Fines' checkbox to hide zero dollar violations.
