What is this?




  1. Open the violation search page.


  2. Enter the violation that is being flagged. In this case it is tt-10001. Select the ticket # to open the Violation Information page.


  3. Select the Action box, then select the Flag as Sent to Collections. Select "ok" when asked if you are sure.




    Description from Jira task: 

    Town of Perth requests that we add a flag that will put any violation into the collections process manually. The status will indicate it was sent to collections.
    This flag will ensure that the violation bypasses the existing NIC letter and the CRC process for sending to court.
    Perth Admins must use the existing Violations Notes feature to add notes to the Violation to explain what customer requested it and any details they feel are necessary to explain why the ticket was put in that state.

    Perth Admins will be able to pay or cancel the violation as necessary after the court ruling if the admin has the appropriate permissions to pay violations that have been sent to collections.
    Once a violation has gone through the collections process once, it will not go into the Collections process again.
