When do we use this?

You can generate a list to be used with a mail merge program, such as Microsoft Word. This will allow you to create letters, labels and envelopes for your users in OPS-COM.


  1. Hover over 'User Management' and click 'Generate Mail Merge'.
  2. A .csv file will be generated. It will look like the following screenshot:
  3. Use a word processing program like Microsoft Word to create your mail merge using the generated file as the recipient list.
