The Bulk Vehicle Removal Tool allows clients to quickly remove the vehicle join record. The vehicle join record is the link/association between a vehicle and a user. This means once the vehicle join record for the vehicle is removed it will still exist in the system, however it will no longer be linked to a user in the system.
The Bulk Vehicle Removal Tool can be found under Tools → Bulk Vehicle Removal.
On the Bulk Vehicle Removal Tool page there are several options available:
Download Template File: When clicked you will be prompted to download a template CSV file you can use for importing vehicles.
Download List of UserUUIDs and Plates: When clicked you will be prompted to download a CSV file that contains all vehicles and userUUIDs (user unique IDs) currently in the system.
Upload: When clicked this will prompt you to choose a CSV file from your computer to upload. Once submitted the system will process the file and display a confirmation message back once complete:
