When do we use this?

User Registration allows administrators to register a user if required.  When using this registration form, you will be able to assign the appropriate user type and input all other relevant information. This article covers the Admin registering a new users. For information about User Registration through the User Portal refer to this wiki article.

1. Hover over the User Management icon and click 'Quick Registration'.

2. Fields with an asterisk * are mandatory. Admins with the correct permissions can control what fields are mandatory. For more information about setting up mandatory fields refer to this wiki article. Check the box next to “Allow user login” and mark the account as Active.

This allows the user to login to the User Portal. They will be prompted for a password change.  

3. Click the 'Submit Registration Information for Processing' button. The 'Confirm Registration Information' screen displays. Verify the information is correct.

If you need to edit any information click the 'Back' button.  

4. Click the 'Information Correct' button. The 'Registration Complete' page will display. You can click the 'Add New Vehicle' button to continue or add a vehicle later.
