This page will take you through the process of how to add, edit,

and/or manage Lot Zones via Admin Options.

 

  1. Under the Admin Options menu, hover over Parking, then click on Lot Zones

 

 

2. You will now be on this screen. This is where you can manage your Parking Zones. To add a new zone, click "Add"

3. Enter what you want the name of your The page will refresh to display the Manage Lot Zones page. From here, you may choose to Add or Edit a Lot Zone

3.To Add a new Lot Zone, leave the drop down menu as "Select a Zone", and then click the Add button. 

The page will refresh with a Zone Name text box.  Enter the name of your new Parking Zone. When finished, click on "Add Zone"

4. To edit your To Edit a Lot Zone, click select one of your Parking Zones from the drop-down menu , then and click "Edit. When you are done editing your Parking Zone name, click "Update". To delete one of your zones, clicka zone ".

The page will refresh with the Zone Name text box. Enter the new name you would like for this Parking Zone. When you have entered the desired name, select "Update"

5. To Delete (Archive)  a Lot Zone, select the desired Zone Name from the drop-down menu, then click "Delete". If you are deleting one of your zones, a pop-up box will appear, click "Ok", otherwise click "Cancel"

 

Image RemovedImage Removed. The page will refresh to display your selected zone, with the options to either Add, Edit, Update, or Delete

A confirmation window will appear at the top of your screen, asking "Are you sure?"

To confirm your choice, select OK in the confirmation window. 

  • Note: "Deleting" or "Archiving" is not an action that can be undo. The "Deleted" zone will no longer appear on your list, however it's data will still exist in your OPS-COM system as it was connected to permits/parking lot data.
