When do we use this?

Admin Options is used to populate your picklists for various areas in OPS-COM. This article will show you how to setup and manage your picklists for Vehicle Makes.

  1. Click Admin Options, Vehicles and Vehicle Make.
  2. If you are adding a new Vehicle Type, select "Insert a New Make" and click "Retrieve". Type the Make Name in the text box and click Add Make.
  3.  If you are editing or deleting a vehicle make,select the make you wish to edit from the drop down list,  and either choose "Update Make" or Delete Make"


Selecting "Delete Make" will remove the vehicle make from your vehicle list, and archive the make in order to preserve any associated data. It is not entirely removed from the system but it is not longer active.
