    1. To get to this page, click on Admin Options, hover over Distribution, then click Users

  2. 2. You will be sent to this page. Fill out the required felids (marked with a red *), choose if you allow the user to log in and manage Distribution Reports by clicking on the box, select if this user can view Private Details then click "Add New"
