When do we use this?

The Do Not Ticket or Tow (DNTT) Report provides administrators with a listing of users who have DNTT permissions applied to their vehicle within a specified date range.

Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'OPS-COM Terms & Definitions'.

1. Hover over 'User Management' then Vehicles. Click 'Vehicle DNTT Report'.

2. Enter the date range you want to search and the number of instances.

Take Note

When a number is entered in the 'Number of Instances' field, the report will return users with that number of incidents or more. For example, if you enter 2, the report is going to list users who have had 2 or more DNTT permissions granted in that time frame.

3. The DNTT Report will display below the search criteria.

The username link will bring up a pop-up screen that displays the user name (that links to the user profile), email address, address and phone number.

The plate link will bring up a pop-up screen where administrators can view/edit the specific vehicle information.

The number of instances link takes yo to that particular person's user history where you can view all DNTT records on file.
