Admin Options is used to populate your pick lists picklists for various areas in OPS-COM. This article will show you how to set up and manage your pick lists picklists for Vehicle Plate Types. |

Managing Vehicle Plate Types
Click Admin Options, Vehicles followed by Mange by Vehicle Plate Types.
The Manage Vehicle Makes Plate Types page displays with all of the available choices. 
Adding
Vehicle MakesPlate Types
To add a new make plate type click Add Make Plate Type and complete the two required field fields followed by Save Changes. The Short Name is used with handheld devices. 
Editing
Vehicle MakesPlate Types
To edit makes plate types click the Edit button next to the make plate type you wish to updatemake updates to. This will open a new modal window allowing you to change the existing name of the vehicle make.

Deleting Plate Types
To delete makes plate types simply click the Delete button next to the make plate type you wish to remove from the list. A modal window will appear asking you if you are sure you wish to delete this itemvehicle plate type.

In order to delete a vehicle make plate type it must not be used in the system. Admins will first need to be make sure that no users are using this make plate type before it can be removed. This is to prevent vehicles from having blank information by deleting these plate types while they're in use. |
