Pre-packaged Testing Bundle
This test bundle includes the proxy test tool and the PL8RDR mobile application:  lpr-pl8rdr-testing.zip
This will allow a tester to run PL8RDR on their local machine.  It will also allow running the LPR test tool to fake a camera.

Together this allows a tester to test the LPR functionality of the handheld devices as they can also be pointed to the testers local computer.

Note: You will need to obtain your local IP to update the handheld settings for the LPR proxy.  On Windows use ipconfig on the command line.
