This page goes through the process of how to create a Lot Group. |
Under the Admin Options menu, hover on Parking, then click Lot Groups.

2. You will be redirected to the Manage Lot Groups page.
3. To create a new lot group, click the Add button.
The page will refresh, with a textbox option beneath the add/edit buttons.
Type in your desired group name in the textboxtext-box, then click Add Group.
4. To edit a Lot Group, select the desired group from the drop-down menu, then click the Edit button.
The page will refresh, showing two additional textbox options.
From there, you can Edit your group name, and its' free parking time as desired, then click Update to save.
5. To delete a lot group, select the desired group from the drop-down menu, then click the Edit button.
The page will refresh. Confirm you have selected the group you wish to delete, then click Delete.
A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click "OK" to continue and delete, or click Cancel to return to the previous page.
Note: "Deleting" or "Archiving" is not an action that can be undo. The "Deleted" group will no longer appear on your list, however it's data will still exist in your OPS-COM system as it was connected to permits/parking lot data
