The detailed permit sales report by lot can be used to report financial information about permit sales grouped by lot during for a specified time frame. This report that will show the payments received for each permit by lot. It will useful for example in pulling monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports |
Develop a new report that will show the payments received for each permit by lot.
The Report will be exportable to excel.Add another option to the drop-down list under Payments/Daily Payments called Processed Detail.
The interface would be the same as the existing submitted and processed reports.
The results should be exportable to excel in the following format:

- To begin go to the Parking Management and hover over Reports. Select Detailed Permit Sales Report from the resulting drop down menu.
- The Detailed Permit Sales Report by Lot search screen will appear.
- Enter the date range you wish to report on. In this example we are looking at the sales report for the month of October 2018.
Click on List Payments to generate the report.
- The screen will refresh with the report listed below the search fields.
The first section of the report is grouped by lot and displays the payment details for permits in each specific lot.
The second section of the report shows a summary of all lots.- Each invoice will have a line item for each permit on the invoice. If an invoice is only for a single item, it will have a single line. If an invoice has multiple permits, then the report will display a line for each.
Here's a sample of the information presented for each lot. In this case we are looking at the Red Student Lot West.
The Summary by Lot section appears as follows, listing each lot with total sales totals for each lot.
