Using an FTP account provided by OPS-COM admins can import users into our system using .CSV documents. This article shows you how to properly import the users and how the process works. 

Creating an FTP Account

In order to import users you must have an FTP account set up and ready to transfer files to the correct folders. You may contact support at support@ops-com.com if you would like to have this set up for your system.
