Release: Bonobo
This release is named Bonobo after the endangered Bonobo. These animals, which look very similar to chimpanzees, share 98.7% of their DNA with Humans. They are our closest living relatives on the planet. Bonobos can only be found in the forests south of the Congo River. The World Wildlife Foundation (WWF) reports that civil unrest, poaching and deforestation are leading this peaceful, matriarchal society into extinction.
