When spinning up a preview space for a client, please let them know we have done so and the reason why. This is a security requirement since their real data will also be on the preview system, which is secured in the same way as the production systems. Their preview space will be automatically deleted after 7 days with no login activity, unless the expiry date is manually changed.

In order to resolve this issue we have created a preview/test space. This will allow us to better troubleshoot the issue without affecting your live/production system. The preview/test site will be automatically deleted after 7 days of no admin login activity.
